  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are available for unused services or canceled projects within the first 14 days of purchase or contract signing. Refunds may be subject to an administrative processing fee.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Customized digital marketing campaigns, SaaS product subscriptions, and partially completed projects are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our support team at devops@coriolisagency.com with your order details. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Shipping or Delivery Policy

As a digital service provider, Coriolis Agency primarily delivers services and products electronically. Here is how fulfillment works:

  • Delivery of Services: All digital marketing deliverables, SaaS access credentials, and consulting services are delivered via email, secure online platforms, or client dashboards.
  • Delivery Timeline:
    • Custom projects: Delivery timelines will be outlined in your service agreement.
    • SaaS subscriptions: Instant access is provided upon successful payment and account setup.
  • International Availability: Our services are available globally unless restricted by local regulations.

Return Policy and Process

While most of our services are non-returnable due to their digital nature, we understand there may be exceptions:

  • Eligibility for Returns: In cases where services are undelivered or access to a SaaS product is technically defective and cannot be resolved, you may be eligible for a service replacement or credit.
  • Return Process:

    • Our team will investigate and respond within 3 business days with a resolution.

Cancellation Policy

We value flexibility and allow customers to cancel subscriptions or services under specific conditions:

  • Subscription Services: Monthly SaaS subscriptions can be canceled anytime through your account dashboard. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are available for unused time.
  • Custom Projects: Cancellation requests for custom services must be made in writing. Cancellations within 7 days of project initiation will incur no additional fees. After 7 days, fees for work already performed will be charged.
